How to book
Most of our English-speaking patients do not have a French Doctolib account, so we keep booking simple.
First appointments are usually available within 48 hours.
Consulting in English
Both practitioners speak and understand English comfortably. We have been treating English-speaking patients for over fifteen years, in a district where many of them live and work, and clinical vocabulary has never been a difficulty. You will be able to describe your symptoms, and to understand exactly what we find and what we propose.
We adjust on the first visit
Unlike many clinics in the UK, the US and Australia, we do not split the first appointment into a separate consultation and a later treatment. History, examination and adjustment take place in the same session, provided the examination raises no contraindication. If you are visiting Paris for a few days, that matters.
Fees and payment
We do not accept card payment
Payment is made in cash, by French cheque or by bank transfer. Please plan for this before your visit — there is no card terminal at the clinic and no cash machine in the courtyard.
You will always receive an itemised invoice. Private health insurers and expatriate policies often reimburse chiropractic care on that document; French social security does not cover it for anyone, French or foreign.
The two practitioners
Both qualified in 2009 from the Institut Franco-Européen de Chiropraxie (IFEC) in Paris — six years full time, over 6,000 hours, the only chiropractic programme in France. The title of chiropracteur has been protected by French law since 2002.

Finding the clinic
The clinic does not open onto the street, so allow an extra minute the first time.
-
16 rue du Faubourg du Temple, 75011
Two minutes on foot from place de la République — take exit 4. Métro lines 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11 all stop there.
-
Go through the carriage entrance
The street door opens with a keypad code, which we send with your appointment confirmation. It leads into a planted inner courtyard.
-
First pink door on your right
In the courtyard, the clinic is the first pink door on the right, with a brass plate. Ground floor, step-free access — pushchairs and wheelchairs come straight in.
-
Ring the bell
Ring to enter the waiting room, then take a seat. There is no receptionist; your practitioner will come for you.
